Skip Acts function for the second and subsequent characters in the league

Dear Developers,

I am writing to you with a heavy heart, on behalf of the entire
AUCTIONERS Guild community — and personally from Denis Sergeevich.
Please, we are sincerely begging you to consider these crucial
quality-of-life improvements to our beloved game POE 2.
Please don’t see this as just another piece of feedback. This is a cry
from the soul… a reflection of what truly feels like the opinion of
every single player in Path of Exile 2.

First of all — as someone who has been playing since the very
beginning of the POE2 release, and who has completed the Acts multiple
times — I cannot stress this enough: please give players the option
not to replay the Acts again after the start of a new league and the
first full completion.
We are exhausted.
The Acts are not engaging after the first run. They feel overwhelming,
repetitive, and emotionally draining. One playthrough is more than
enough to understand the mechanics, abilities, and flow of the game.
After that… it becomes a chore. A painful one.

Right now, the necessity to go through the Acts again discourages
experimentation. It pushes players away from trying new builds, new
classes — from actually enjoying the depth of your game.

Please… give us a choose how to begin the development of a new
character: Start at level 1 and act 1 or at level 65, early endgame
(T1 maps). This one change alone would bring back excitement,
creativity, and freedom.
At the moment, the thought of replaying the Acts again feels so
unbearable that many players simply choose not to try something new at
all…

But this opportunity must cost some currency or gold, we need to think about this. It's don't must be free.

Secondly, we desperately need a detailed incoming damage statistics system.

Players need to understand what is killing them — the type of damage,
the element, the source. Without this information, improving or
adapting builds becomes frustrating and unclear. It leaves players
feeling lost and helpless.

And finally, as a small additional request for the future — it would
be wonderful to see more microtransactions for ROA mounts, such as
wolves, panthers, or other similar creatures.
Not everyone enjoys the chocobo-style design inspired by Final
Fantasy. Many players would love the option to replace it with
something that better fits their personal taste and the darker
atmosphere of the game.

We truly love this game. That’s why this hurts so much to say.

Please hear us.

Please don’t let this frustration push players away from something
that has so much potential to be extraordinary.

nah.
People will start with the fastest class to farm and then make another to play.
It is an advantage vs casuals.
I'm against, sorry.
I agree, because of the repeated playthroughs of acts, I don't want to create more than 1-2 characters, or try new features and ascensions. The third time through the acts, I'm already mentally exhausted.

yes, in this patch I played act 3 times in a row l, before choice build. Imagine what it's like to lose 3 weekends.

Why do you want to skip the game?

Do you also want endgame loot and level 100 from the beginning?

Maybe this game just ain't for ya, if you don't want to play it?

That's what everyone does now; everyone always wants to play fast classes, 90 percent of players are archers. Because they don't want to run Acts again. Nothing will change for speedrunners. This innovation supports players and encourages them to try new classes in the mid- and late-league stages.

I'd bet my mother's soul that if they implement this feature in the game, you'll be happy. Let the developers figure out the terms of use and the price.
+1

I agree.

The current campaign is simply too long for a seasonal game.
Alternative method of leveling is required that simply more streamlined, not gated by story blocks, zones with less forking and backtracking. Just nothing but action for 5-6 hours at best before the endgame.

Or for example start on infinite atlas as level 1 and just complete maps until you hit level 65 and all the on-map endgame mechanics (ritual, breach, abyss) gonna be unlocked to interact as usual with Tier 1-15 waystone.

I told this many times before. With this method you can satisfy both camps. Campaign enjoyers will have their campaign available that will potentially get more Acts in the future and Endgame enjoyers will reach the Endgame faster by running the alternative way. More builds can be discovered, without being like oh this build doesnt work at all till level X because for example, some interactions doesnt works and etc.

Right now the situation of running this 10-15 hour campaign every time you need to create new character is not a fun experience. Especially on league start. Campaign was good playing couple times but not 20th-30th-50th times at this point.
