This season looks like a private server with loot 10x

"
This is the loot from 1 single temple run

GGG should never allow game economy to go to such inflationlevel status and that drop this toon of loot

Many players probably like it and always ask for more loor but i think this is not healthy for the game

PPl who are enjoying this are probably who do RMT and sells a lot of divines

For me its like a private server with 10x loot that its not funny, u dont need to grind, its boring and i left this league

its a shame that Jonathan increased drop levels on every player complain

not to be evil or anything, but the amount of time it takes to get a temple properly running for people that dont have a ton of time is really bad.

i have yet to complete my temple..
With this much inflation only people who have built their temple "correctly" (snakes exploit) can properly trade and play the game. And even if you have time to run that kind of temple it's extremely tedious.
btw

that loot is from this league HC

not standart, not softcore

economy is sooo broken and ppl trying to find excuses

Idk why you casuals hate current economy, it makes your game easier not harder. Only top tier items cost much, but you wouldn't see those items anyway so where is the problem. More loot more currency more items on trade.

wtf is a casual, or do you mean someone that doesnt work for a living, lives at home with there parents, or retired??? i thought every non professional gamer is a casual, streamers are not professionals, they are just cam girls with clothes on, imagine wanting so much attention that you talk to a metal box hoping people care about your thoughts and opinions.

P.S

I am a Dog and i will just drop my load and leave on to the next post
Since it is EA they should have just wiped peoples currency and said sorry.
Yeah, the game has a huge economy problem, and it's a baseline thing not really league specific (however this league put this to an extreme).

Imagine starting playing a few weeks or months into the league... This game just doesn't support that idea (at least on trade), and it should support that since a league is 4 month long, there are gonna be players starting late.

Great games, like D2, can be started halfway into the season and you still can jump in and trade after few MF runs (day or two of farming and you'll get something of worth that can start you up).

In PoE2 you will probably not find any item worth more than 10ex for a looong time (1700 hours in and I still didn't find a mirror, headhunter or any other thing of value, only basic currency). And the inflation is such, that for every 100 div you make, mirror is going to be 200 div more expensive...

GGG handles the economy very poorly.

Starting late is not really a problem. Not sure why people keep saying this. In 0.3 I started a full month late. Within a week I was doing T15 maps and buying gear over 30divs each. With async trade, items are more available than ever. You don't need to message 10 players to buy a 10ex item while leveling.

100%
You can fill out a character with like 10Ex per slot and have enough power to farm T15s. Then you can farm Omens, Heart if the Well, or Abyss Omens, and get a dozen or two divine from a single drop.

It's the same thing every league. "economy broken, league dead, etc."

EXACTLY! The economy is broken every single league so far. The baseline currency & droprate system is really weak, it incentivises RMT (in my country there's a e-bay type e-commerce platform, where PoE2 currency is sold in tonnes, and the platform shows how many people bought each product - it's really over the top how much DIVs are being bought for real money, and that's purely because of bad decisions by GGG and not banning RMT accounts).

The current system makes the economy totally broken within few weeks of a league start. And new patches hardly try to fix that, and often only make things worse, like this 0.4 patch.

In PoE1 and D2R it is even worse due to botters. Economy is in ruins on day 3 already. In PoE2 it (so far) lasts a bit longer up to 1-2 weeks, because the game isn't that stable yet. But worry not, even if they'll fix everything (exploits, balance), botters will make it even worse as in those two games. I don't know if it is possible to prevent this. It seems that in big economies devs can detect and ban bots eventually, but they always do it after some time, when economy is already ruined or severely damaged. The best economy aprg so far is PD2 mod, because bots aren't there (or somehow banned quickly) and it is always fun to trade there. Same happened with D2R and D3 on start when bot programs weren't written yet (non-bot economy lasted like for 5-6 months) but then crashed with every season start.
