This season looks like a private server with loot 10x
|
This is the loot from 1 single temple run
GGG should never allow game economy to go to such inflationlevel status and that drop this toon of loot Many players probably like it and always ask for more loor but i think this is not healthy for the game PPl who are enjoying this are probably who do RMT and sells a lot of divines For me its like a private server with 10x loot that its not funny, u dont need to grind, its boring and i left this league its a shame that Jonathan increased drop levels on every player complain ![]() Last bumped on Jan 19, 2026, 2:14:46 AM

its for certain people who exploit the temple and have allready a broken economy. not for everyone ! There are people who just quit due to they cant make any gear or currency anymore.
Not everyone are expert in the game . There are people who just want to casually play this and they just cant ! |

A broken economy is bad for the game, full stop.
I already know some people will reply with “Why don’t you like loot? Do you want a no-loot game?” or “I’m having a blast, hope next league is the same.” And sure, I agree the Temple mechanic itself is fun. The problem isn’t the mechanic, it’s the amount of loot. Right now the loot is so excessive that it completely breaks economic balance. When 100 divines start to feel meaningless, that’s a clear sign of inflation. It’s no different from printing money endlessly — the value inevitably collapses. That’s exactly what’s happening this league. Getting 60+ divines per temple, per person, with thousands of players doing it daily, is simply not sustainable. Even PoE1 never had a strategy this extreme. And instead of addressing it, GGG seems to do nothing, or worse, only focuses on adding more ways to keep players engaged short-term (like pushing private leagues / “second wind”) rather than protecting the long-term health of the game. People will complain if loot gets nerfed — they always do. But GGG needs to decide what actually makes the game better: a broken strategy that prints divines endlessly, or saving the league from runaway inflation barely a month in. Keep the mechanic. Fix the loot. Balance matters more than short-term dopamine. PoE 2 is not PoE 1 with better graphics.

on 3rd jan, ggg announced the big nerf medallion locks can only be used on tier 3 rooms.
on same day, steam reviews went into heavy negative. i just wish that after that, ggg should have double down and remove locks completely from the temple. had they done that, all existing snake layouts would be completely destabilised. nobody will be able to build snake layout anymore and this would have level the playing field for every player. i feel that ggg miss a great chance to restore balance to the temple during that critical period. 34pre98qua Last edited by stkmro#2432 on Jan 12, 2026, 9:28:33 AM

" The fact that I could not play when the league started, and I started playing only after 30th of December 2025 makes me want to poke my eyes out... Look at what I miss....meanwhile I just started the endgame and I barely have any temple rooms built with 0 drop..0 , just a few altars that give you an exalted orb, or that thing that upgrades your skill gem to a 3rd socket..that's all I get so far... And I've ran the temple 5 times already... Last edited by ArdeleanuG#2185 on Jan 14, 2026, 4:17:00 AM

Unfortunately.... party was over! But some genius guys made a fortune. Is what is happening in early Access games and the only motivation to start playing these type of games. Becouse in the end you benefited from the broken code that Devs didn't noticed earlier....

Plenty of Early Access games are actually good. Don't claim that the 0.4 failure was expected just because of the EA label

" Same happened to players started with 0.1.0 patch. Everything there was dropping with the shovel! Now you split bool for quality things. As for Market you don't bother even search something with those prices. |

Popularity based solely on the fact loot can finally drop... what will they learn from this?

Idk why you casuals hate current economy, it makes your game easier not harder. Only top tier items cost much, but you wouldn't see those items anyway so where is the problem. More loot more currency more items on trade.
