0.4.0c Hotfix 13

Just a daily post to reiterate that this patch is a terrible idea, wasting dozens of hours for thousands of players, making them feel like the time spent on poe 2 during their holidays was a waste.
Even now, reverting the lock change or at least setting the minimum level to two would still make this whole situation much better. It isn't too late. So many people are saying it. It seems so obvious. Nerf the loot, don't trash dozens of already spent hours from your player base for no reason whatsoever with a patch that doesn't solve ANY of the issues it's trying to address. Legacy temples are a thing now. Everyone clap. Oh also, who wanted an end game that felt like it had some sort of meaningful progression, that evolved the more you played it? Well, we had a bit of that before this patch. So many people told me they kept playing this league even though the economy was messed up because temples gave them something to look toward, no matter what. Worst thing tho, is just how utterly incomprehensible the decision about locks is. It feels so out of touch... |

This is gonna be a trend in no time. You solved nothing but making the casual community pissed you cater to the sweats and do the Twitch Treatment, Punishment for some but not for all. So I am being serious, all those who have Legacy Temples, sell runs and make GGG Regret leaving them in! |

This is crazy. Completely wreck your poor/average player and keep it so the rich and those who exploited Holten are protected. Probably the worst way to handle this ever with the lock nerf... I wonder if GGG even knows how their own temples work! So simple to do the other nerfs and not the lock nerf. Lost 6 rooms as soon as it happened after 30 hrs of building it properly without Holten.

Just leaving another much NEEDED comment to let you know how terrible this decision is. Been playing this game for 12 years. This is the worst patch you have EVER put out. You need to fix the legacy temple situation ASAP.

You make the decisions for the game, now suffer the consequences. Freedom of speech is a right, and while this may be a private forum, listen to your player base. Language / emotions convey much more then words do. Stop trying to filter people opinions like you are the MSNBC of the gaming world. These are people who are outraged are the people who are keeping POE alive and the dev's teams working. You literally gutted a league, mid season (what happened to no mid league fixes like that anyways) and instead of giving players any sense of relief or satisfaction, your in here telling people to basically watch their language. Is this the direction of Path? You guys want to drive up profits, so let's let the top 1% of streamers have their fun, make the game seem easy, fun, exciting, and profitable... make their banks overflowing with goodies, and then pull the carpet out on the rest of the player base? Truly a pathetic decision by the dev team. How about fix the fact that anytime i try to buy an item, im beaten out by some botter with 6 accounts, entering the game at the same time or after, lagging me out and stealing a purchase? Focus on the things that matter. |
