0.4.0c Hotfix 13

I don't understand how the same company can repeat the mistakes it made in the first game in the second one. Even a one-year-old child who tripped over a clump of dirt would be cautious of that clump the next time.

I know that profitability is the most important thing for a company, but by depriving the real players of their happiness and continuously protecting those who use various means to destroy the real player experience, in the end, there will be no real players left, and those people will also leave. Can you still make a profit?
Come on GGG keep everything the same and just revert the lock back. Some of us loved this league. It added actual depth to endgame and gave us something to grind towards after T15s and pinnacle bosses.
I’ve ran temples for about 6 hours now and have only been able to add 3 rooms in a stable fashion and lost about 30/40 in the process. I think that is the ONE thing we need to hotfix back…. Thank you :)

Just pure insanity, rip league.

Given that up to my lvl 91 I have only had 2 devines dropped from mobs, bricking the temple where you could potentially get more reward is just pure stupidity.

It is a game and game should be fun, it should not feel like a full time job.
The forum thread pretty much speaks for itself. Over 336 pages of negative feedback and bad Steam reviews for a hotfix — that’s honestly impressive.

The Temple mechanic was garbage at league start, then it was insanely strong, and now it’s completely broken again. What a shame, because for once it actually provided endgame content that felt worth grinding.

The drop rate nerfs might be fine, but the Lock Medallion changes were way over the top and basically kill all progress and fun. It would also be nice if rooms could be connected more flexibly, so we don’t end up with the same layouts every single time and maybe even add better room buffs on some of them.

GGG and fam. I agree that nerfing some of the rooms and the multipliers was definitely needed, but changing the lock system completely destroyed the ability to build a temple. As I said before the other changes were definitely warranted but doing this was unwarranted. I had about 30 rooms chained and that took me about 20 hours of gameplay to accomplish. Now today, Jan 3rd I’ve spent about 6 hours grinding and haven’t been able to add more than a couple rooms at a time and they keep getting reverted back.
Please guys. We were all having a blast with this ENDGAME mechanic. Bring the lock back :) Thanks.

Bring back the blocking of T1-T2-T3 rooms, it's not funny anymore!
Why can those who have built and have level 3 rooms farm, while you've disabled everyone else's ability to even build? Is this a New Year's gift?
