0.4.0c Hotfix 13

GGG has no respect for casual players. Yet again the streamers and top players who exploited the game and ruined the economy remain unpunished while the casual players don't have a chance to catch up. Why making mid league changes which only make it worse? Admit it you were wrong and fix it next patch. Top Tier Game if you can play 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.

honestly very disappointed with GGG. as laptop user playingo poe2 on it very hard, but not because of low fps, but often crashes sometimes 4-5 per hour, and thats only in poe1 and poe2 (but more fitting name poe remake). And when you got crashes on map all bufs from HH gone, but that not that annoying as when i was running 4th lab and killed last boss just to get crash and lost all rewards, yea no new boss fight and so on just run sekemas from scratch. So 0 improvements for me and i don't believe there will be since this porblem the same for poe1. But thath's not what disapoint the most, but their new politics to bun fun in the game, and ingoring exploit abusers who are ruining game expirience. But they don't forget to punish innocent casual players from having fun. It feels like GGG says to fun in the game "You shall not pass!".

You are only protecting the ones play 12 hours a day. Stop tormenting casual players come on I’ve been trying to build this for days without exploiting anything. I hate you

Excellent patch, it's a shame it took so long that everyone who played this mode had 6-12 mirror.
