Nobody played the last poe1 league. Why would they rush out another one? So people don't play it?

When they do effort and make good leagues everyone is playing.
When they make underwhelming leagues like 3.27 and 0.4, people are done week 1. It's easy to understand

Nobody vast majority will never go back to poe1 after they experienced poe2.

Yeah, no. I would absolutely play Hello Kitty instead of PoE2.
Game does nothing better than PoE besides fancy graphics.
Mercenaries (a PoE league) btw is the best retention league of all time and is just 6 months ago.
