Well, I contacted Xsolla about it and it's absolutely laughable. They will only "consider" a refund if I agree to the following :

"

We’re open to reviewing a refund possibility for those unauthorized charges but only if we permanently suspend access to our payment platform. That means that Xsolla access will be restricted for you. Please note that your game account may also be suspended due to a report of unauthorized charges.

If I don't agree, I'm meant to contact GGG, and it has now been over a month since I mailed them with no reply whatsoever.
