I'm really sorry this happened to you.

I can assure you they won't priorities a user over another, money is hard to come by for me as well, I was only able to afford POE2 because it was cheaper for my country in steam. So i can assure you I'm not some VIP or anything to them lol, all i did was send GGG support an email with the issue and they refunded it.. it was after the money was taken from me by 2 hours.

I hope your issue gets resolved soon buddy, my heart goes with you.
This exact same thing happened to me this morning.
I reportet it to both GGG AND Xsolla .inc.

I am seriously confused how they bypass 2fa.

Hopefully this is sorted out soon.
Same, support is not answering messages. Got a purchase of a PoE early access key on my account which makes no sense since I allready got acess due to lifetime spendings

Yeah i mentioned in an earlier reply that they're basically a part of PayPal.

My theory is.. lets say, they're so trusted that they have a token that makes them do anything in PayPal without any verification as if they were collecting taxes or even as if they were PayPal themselves.

They have so much authority that they go through 2fa, it's fucked up, that's why i think this is not a GGG problem, it's a PayPal problem.

It's been 3 days since I made the support ticket, that's why I am angry, I'm sitting here exhausted and tired, and they refuse to answer. That's why I'm baffled that there are people here and on discord getting theirs immediately, it's infurating and goes to show the bot responses on these forums.
