Something is terribly wrong with Shaders since 3.27

As others have already described, at the start of the Keepers League I had no issues (besides server hiccups) and after some patches AMD+Vulkan stared causing problems: long loading times when porting into town/HO/kingsmarch. Sometimes I just gave up and rebooted the game and was able to load instantly into the instance. Running DX12 works for me at the moment, but I would prefer Vulkan if possible.

Similar issues as well. Im also having a LOOOOT of issues loading in to maps that have 4+ players in it. I used to be able to load almost instantly... idk what changed

I can't really say much about this exact issue, but a new league and as per usual the game is less playable from technical side. At least they fixed the GPU driver crash from last league...
Still, I can definitely see the shader degradation. Loading a stash tab could take anywhere from 1-10 seconds while the whole game is frozen. I mean my PC is really old and I can see a big change in shaders from leagues earlier. Before, it could bring the game to it's knees just cuz how damanding this "ARPG!!!" is(top down game that eats your whole CPU). Now there was a big change, the game no longer freezes while cooking shaders, the textures just don't show up. I mean it's a good thing, but it just shows what kind of band aids they are using. Not even load any low quality placeholder textures like it used to be, just straight up nothing. The live stream of keepers, they even talked about the remnant forgotten bugs and if they've given up on many decade old bugs, what about the engine... KranglingKearKames

NVidia 4090 RTX AMD Ryzen 9 7950 64gb ram 4tb ssd windows 10 current version of nvidia and tried prior version too fresh install tried, steam and standalone same issue upping shader limit manually helped for half a map, (2 minutes?) |

Interestingly, I didn't experience this problem all league until the last 24 hours.
Now, after the game has been open for 15-30 minutes, there is significant delay before my stash tabs fully display, delay on attempting to enter new zones, delay on moving items into and out of stashes, and using Flicker Strike on large packs causes a horrible stutter with frame times spiking. I did not experience any of these issues two days ago or prior, and I have not changed any drivers or PC configuration all league. Something has changed and it wasn't on my end. I know why I havent bought any supporter packs since the said poe 1 and 2 are sperate games. Wont se a penny of me until they got quality back in their game.
