What other Ascendancies should be updated?
" no way dude......saves you 2 gem slots, plus its level 30 which is wicked powerful, PLUS it costs zero mana, PLUS PLUS the marked enemy cannot evade attacks?! That's one hell of an ascendancy skill. With any kind of aoe or proliferation this means you need: zero accuracy (or very little i should say), and can reserve damn near 100 more mana, PLUS you get way more crit multi, crit chance, and you save socket space.......all in a single node. The recoup node.....even if we ignore the recoup, being immune to ALL damaging ailments is insane. No bleed, no corrupted blood, no poison, no ignite. Dayummmmm. " Not sure if you're serious - saving 2 gem slots are not worth that much - 10 gem levels on a single NON-MAIN skill are not worth that much given this mark is already giving crit to a spec loaded with crit bonuses - mana cost is not an issue given literally any form of mana leech - "cannot evade" is irrelevant because you have all the regular trash monsters that CAN evade and DO require accuracy - this node should have been its own special ascendancy "you are granted this skill" kind of thing, and it should have been WAY better than even a scaled up assasin's mark " You know another good way to be "immune" to damaging ailments? Dying instantly or near instantly from the hit-based damage, which without several additional defensive layers (e.g. block) FAR away from the assasin skill area happens all the time to this ascendancy. |

" i hate corrupted blood, i need to always get a corrupted gem coz of it. i hate ignite coz i like vaal pact. if i get a map with burning ground, its pure pain. also i m running blood rage too so.... also some bosses do HUGE ignite damage. if you're out of flasks, its just a death sentence. as for bleed, its something i totally ignore as it rarely does damage to me. but when i get hit for a large bleed, i usually run 100 miles aways before i realize so i die. poison is something i more or less totally ignore coz i tend to cap my chaos res. theres so much value from being immune to non damaging ailments. not to forget interactions with uniques that inflict self damaging ailments. it bypasses the penalties [Removed by Support]

" Note how it doesn't say "immune" but "unaffected" which is way stronger because it enables stuff like https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/The_Golden_Rule + https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Temptation_Step And it lets you "double dip" on the Poison Duration ascendancy on Assassin since you apply poison twice per instance, giving you faster ramp. The recoup itself is quite strong as Shadow is already in an area that has access to loads of Recoup nodes (and you can get +15% per ring slot). If you build around Petrified Blood you'll be able to get healed by physical damage which is hilarious to me The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
