ALSO, GGG have read this post multiple times and even replied and STILL no fix. TOP tier customer support/care. just deleting posts and ignoring a huge issue as usual.

Not sure what you expect when your bug report is "Monks can't produce power charges."

Here is the actual bug: Combat Frenzy fails to generate charges when a target is frozen by damage from Tempest Bell.
