I do get charges on bosses... Ice strike with tempest bell. And i can use my charged staff...

That stopped working from a couple of patches ago, I think you're making stuff up.

Combat frenzy doesn't even grant a singular charge for freezing a boss, even though you can trigger something like Ice Bite with this conditional, so apparently something got seriously broken and combat frenzy no longer works as intended, even if generating charges from hitting the bell was unintended.

This does make charged staff unusable on bosses unless you rush to the boss with your charges from clearing a map, which is probably how you imagine you got your false positive.

ever heard of NOT WORKING around a bug? its a bug, its not working properly and no one cares how you WORK AROUND it. Others have said other strats too. DOESNT MATTER, its broken. Let me make it clear so someone like you understands :) WITH COMBAT FRENZY, A MONK USING ICE STRIKE AND TEMPEST BELL WILL GENERATE 0 CHARGES DURING A BOSS OR UNIQUE MONSTER FIGHT. This BUG happened about 2 patches ago, before it was perfect, now its broken. I hope you can understand now since i made it as simple as possible :)

The devs have already replyed to the problem bell-> freeze-> no charge on another post.

First search result for tempest bell charges.

This is intended behaviour, Tempest Bell is not your enemy and Combat Frenzy only grants Charges when applying a specific ailment to enemies.

again, this is embarassing XDDD. Youre talking about charges and tempest bell, were talking about charges/combat frenzy and BOSSES/UNIQUE MONSTERS. which if you read above, are ENEMIES. Wow, go take a walk XDDD
