Since it now has been seen by GGG. Lets make it clear so it can be fixed. COMBAT FRENZY when being used with ICE STRIKE, does not generate ANY charges vs BOSSES/UNIQUE monsters when it should, because they are an enemy and they are being applied ailments. It was working fine TWO patches ago, now it does not. When taking away the ability to generate charges from tempest bell, you accidently made it so monks cant generate charges on bosses/unique monsters too. Please fix, thank you <3

It appears that the description of "Combat Frenzy" has changed.
It was: Gain a Frenzy charge when you Freeze, Electrocute or Pin an enemy, no more that once every 1.58 seconds. Now it is "no more than once every 7.3 seconds" Path of Building is still showing the 1.58 seconds where ingame it shows 7.3 seconds. Could this be part of your issue? |
