The removal (or sidelining) of Towers made the game feel less vibrant and less strategic. Towers used to create those small moments of variety and control — when you could experiment with overlapping influence zones or shape how the modifiers interacted with the map. That flexibility made the endgame feel alive.

The real problem wasn’t Towers themselves, it was their scarcity. Instead of removing them, GGG could have simply increased their density, allowing for more overlaps and dynamic combinations. That way, we’d keep both accessibility and complexity.

As it stands now, there’s less room for creative play and far fewer "versatile" setups. I hope future patches reconsider this direction — adding more Towers back (with better frequency and interaction) could make the endgame richer again.
