Disagreed, Asala is easily the worst NPC in the game imo. (I like the designs of Una and Shambrin) and her running around like stripper-Xena is a big part of it.
A arguably over the top christian friend of mine quit the game over her design btw. which can be considered silly all other thematics he should have a problem with aside. But it was ultimately her being pretty much out in the nude that made him go "nah, this is to much". I won't argue the fact that attractiveness equals likeability, I also agree that customization would be nice and I'd be right there with you guys making an aesthetic character. But when I read this thread and people want mini-skirts and boob sliders then I cannot see it as anything but depravity. I think we in the west just got way to comfortable with oversexualization and have grown quite numb to it. I simply dislike this fact and wish more people, especially guys, would check themselves more often not give in to every base animalistic thought and desire. This is my last comment in this subject, I think I got my point across and we obviously simply disagree for different reason. Anyways peace out you guys, if we get miniskirts I also demand the opossite in the form of a skirt for the hexers robe and maybe a transmog system so I can have my witch wear my favourite outfit aka. the feathered robe. |

+1. We should get some gooner skins. We even have nude-models already in the game for classes. Make chest-free amazon.

" I think the style of Conan and Xena would work out. Just not go overboard with it on everything, a big mix of styles from fullplates to Asala would be nice, an i feel like they are doing great with adding options as they are. Art style is gorgeious in this game! I think in the end everyone will be happy with the options we are given:) Cant have to much Junk in your Stash

" Fair enough, but the truth is, it has nothing to do with "western countries". Attractiveness was and will always play a role in any culture, even outside of humanity. As long as you are not addicted to it and don't lose control, I don't see any harm being done by outfits that are nice to look at. If people quit because of religious reasons, then you pretty much should avoid video games completely, because most games go against certain aspects of any religion. I also think that most of the boob-slider comments were not serious. The main topic of this thread is attractive (not nude) skins. They don't even have to be as "naked" as Asala, but just more then we have right now. " I would not mind at all. I just hope that GGG introduces skins for almost all tastes. My limit would certainly be things like fortnite skins etc. Skins, that definitely don't fit into the PoE lore at all. But other then that? More options are always welcomed. |

I made a post with suggestion about having an MTX which can make any ingame item a permanent skin.
There are many very good-lookin uniques, and just regular bases as well, including pretty sexy ES bases. But current conusmable mtx which can only transfer one item onto another item, is almost useless, since noone will use anything for long time in an arpg game. For the some fair price of average body armor skin they could have made such an mtx for making item a permanent skin for all leagues just like body armor skins does. Not even required any additional art work, since this job already done. Also it would be a nice reason to farm some cool-but-niche(useless) uniques which are plenty in the game. |
