Trading Bots are destroying the game

I'm in the same boat. I've been monitoring an item and even though I click them the very second it shows up the item will be gone. I've missed out on 100+ items this way, and I have a brand new expensive computer with a 500 M/Bit connection.
This new trading sure beats the old one by miles, but trying to get the good deals is literally impossible when it seems people are using bots or scripts to buy out all the good deals. When one second is not enough time in over 100+ cases, and many times it's either already "in demand" or gone the moment it shows up, that says something. It is the same if you use the in-game market system. You constantly refresh it, an item shows up, and it says the item has already been bought even if it literally came up that very second. Bots dont use poe client, its more like a console.they have less loading time and so on. but i hope ggg are able to filter them in future, bec they do the exact same things in close to the same timing.

We need to stop flipping
Srly, either put a CD to reselling (72h for tier 1 gear), let it be bind on account... We must stop ppl to play the game by hideout and be in the maps getting drops. It's insane how the game is getting worse and worse with bots. We need to ban players that RMT. And it's very easy to spot bots... They are always scanning the market... and have tons of currency |

" well, if you refresh too many times in one moment you get search limited for 60 seconds, so not sure how accurate your statement could be. |

" Explain to me how bots go to my hideout through console and take item out of my stash without using a client. I bet you are some kind of a hacker so you have to know Last edited by ryszek#5266 on Sep 12, 2025, 6:51:06 PM
