Rapid Shot: No longer has a delay before firing bolts, or 50% less reload speed. It now has 100 Maximum Ammunition at all Gem levels (previously 50-87) and 30-45 Maximum Heat at Gem levels 5-20 (previously 17-24). It now deals 37-94% of Attack Damage at Gem levels 5-20 (previously 21-47%). Quality now grants +0-15 Maximum Heat (previously +0-5). Heat no longer grants Rapid Shot Damage gained as Fire. Instead, reaching Maximum Heat prevents you from using the skill for 10 seconds. It now generates Heat once per attack instead of once per 0.25 seconds. Heat now begins decaying after 4 seconds without gaining Heat, at a rate of 10 Heat per second. Heat no longer grants grenade skills damage gained as fire. Instead, Explosive Grenade and Cluster Grenade consume 15 Heat to gain 50% of damage as fire damage, while Incendiary Shot consumes 30 Heat to gain 50% more ignite magnitude.
This needs fixed before release i have been trying to do a rapid shot oil grenade and spear of Solaris build since .1 and now rapid shot is gonna be useless bc it doesn't buff anything anymore and now has a 10 second no use period for the heat. With my builds heat was at full before I even emptied a clip so now your gonna get like one clip maybe a clip and a half before it overheats and your main dps skill is now useless as the adds swarm you. Shotgun skills are not the answer just bc that's what's been popular so far. Seriously dont change rapid shot or at the very least only make it change in the new league so I can still test my build in standard. To comment above, relax, now you will use it with high velocity round, and every bolt fired will deal 5% of high velocity's dmg as extra, it will be op |

Nah bro it won't be op at all. Also I dont use high velocity rounds never did. Just bc everyone else used it with a shotgun skill doesn't mean that's the only way ppl want to play. I'm not the ki d of player that just does the best of the best and the same thing everyone else does. My 2nd biggest issue with poe 1 and now poe 2 is gonna be the same way. I know it may be hard to believe but some ppl play poe 2 hoping the things they didn't like from poe 1 to be fixed in 2 not an even bigger issue

Would be nice to know that performance is actively being worked on. What are the plans to improve stability? It's unbearable for a lot of players. I say this politely.

"I have been having trouble using the RITUAL mechanic in poe 2 for as long as I can remembe... It just crashes my game, first the computer starts to make sounds like a jetplane LMAO and then it crashes have like never been able to do ritual as a mechanic because of this.. WONDER IF its fixed now in 0.3.. |

" We shall see. All i know is there is a lot of players that want to play this game be are invested in it's long term success. However, mid range or even higher rigs struggle in MAPs etc. It's not great. |

"Yeah pretty much usual GGG thing, though if you want something STRONG just play deadeye all the time its so OP and thats why it will have like 30-40% of all players playing the game when league starts LOL. |
