The Resolute Technique Keystone Passive Skill now grants Accuracy Rating is Doubled instead of Your Hits cannot be Evaded.

Why dude!? Why!? I play slams, I dont need accuracy, I dont need dex, I play str stacker, why do I have to invest skill points for accuracy?. Why...? Pls dont change this keystone, PLS!

Higher Rarity enemies are now less affected by Curses. Curses have 15% less effect on Magic monsters, 30% less effect on Rare monsters, and 50% less effect on Unique monsters.

I saw buffs numbers for some Curses because of the nerf overall of how they are affecting monsters but didn't get to see the numbers of Elemental Weakness. And then... the number of blasphemy too. Blasphemy will not change and continue to reduce the same numbers of the effect of curses?
I hope we get to see the numbers for Elemental Weakness and Blasphemy.

Hope there will be few more witchhunter buffs, there was new node on leaked image that looked promising, also please buff chance for enemies to explode in Zealous Inquisition and decimating strike dmg range for it to me more consistant.

So I think there's an error here for Arc's numbers:

Arc: Is now a Projectile. It no longer causes explosions against shocked enemies and is no longer a payoff skill. It now chains 6-9 times at Gem levels 5-20 (previously 5-8). It now has 50% more shock magnitude, and can now consume a lightning infusion to chain additional times and deal more damage. Now deals 2-39 damage at Gem level 5 (previously 5-31), scaling up to 20-386 damage at gem level 20 (previously 49-277). Quality now provides Chains +0-2 additional times (previously 0- 2% more Damage for each remaining Chain).


Level 5 Arc currently gives 9-51 damage, not 5-31. The PULSE (i.e., the thing they're removing) is what gave 5-31 damage. Please, for all us folks who want to try arc - keep the damage where it is (or buff it) for the actual arc shot itself, not the pulse. As it's stated right here, it would be an enormous numerical nerf (9-51 -> 2-39).

Hopefully someone sees this!


Also level 20 arc damage is 82 to 462, not 49-277.

This is going to be big nerf to arc if those numbers are real.


Hope GGG could clarify this with the numbers of infusion.

Anyway seems more difficult to use now because you will need to get a infusion. Hope we get more info.
The Blackbraid Unique Body Armour now has 100-150% of Armour also applies to Elemental Damage (previously 100%). Existing versions of this item can be made better or worse with a Divine Orb, good luck!
Hayoxi's Soul Core of Heatproofing grants 30% of Armour also applies to Cold Damage taken from Hits on Helmets (previously 20% on Body Armour).
Topotante's Soul Core of Dampening grants 30% of Armour also applies to Fire Damage taken from Hits on Gloves (previously 20% on Body Armour).
Zalatl's Soul Core of Insulation grants 30% of Armour also applies to Lightning Damage taken from Hits on Boots (previously 20% on Body Armour).

ppl are meming about how bad this is but i dont think alot of ppl realize u can get like 80-100k armor if u stack it without backbraid chest and prolly even still 70-80k isch without it

do the math with 200%armor applys to ele damage and like 80k armor, its really not as bad as ppl make it up. also you can prolly reach even more than that, just corrupting that chest could be 180%alone.
