It should be 10% of the progress made towards that level already, IMO. So you're 50% of the way, you drop 5%, 70% = 7%, 10% = 1%... or something like that.

" You can easily reach 94 level. Just play corrupted maps with irritation and full team. After 96 level only with broken builds. +1 xp loss should be lowered to 5% and of course soul core to be increased to +10% xp gain. |
