Path of Exile 2: Dawn of the Hunt Stats Snapshot

This league was disappointing. I hope this game improves over time.

I expected more effort from GGG in this EA, the updates are slow and superficial.

The builds are the most critical point, there is no variation, and it seems that GGG doesn't care much.

I've already abandoned this league and will only return for the next one, but only if they balance it and leave many viable builds. And change this market. It's total garbage, outdated, that only serves to make it easier for those who do RMT.

It's sad to see a game with potential being destroyed by an archaic vision of the developers. Old people throwing a tantrum so as not to change the things that are ruining the game.
A suggestion to the dev team: have a strategic meeting to discuss and agree a "vision statement" for the game.

My suggestion below:

"This game is about build diversity."

Or alternatively, if such a vision statement already exist (possible), communicate it clearly in one sentence, so we as players can evaluate if the changes you do actually are towards the vision or not.

Currently i feel the vision is as follows:

"Every season will introduce new OP skills, and nerf the old ones"

If this is the case, please let us know.
Funny how everyday a new build pops up online, and yet because its not at same level of LS people simply disregard it and complain that the game "has 0 build variety"... get out youtube and try stuff you will eventually find something nice

Example: thorn, bleed, twister, galvanic and those are the ones with with huge clear potencial. There a few others with not so good clear.

My point is when people say we need build variety they are saying "man i don't want to plan my passive tree and i wanna do everything in the game even if i throw garbage there, without scaling anything". I am not saying you are wrong but the game will be total mess if planned like that, because then you will have again LS types of builds scaling even harder and we will got the initial problem again (People will see some build on youtube blasting more then theirs and complain that the game has no variety)

I started the league on day one with witchhunter galvanic shards, i had a good laugh while people suffered with huntress and spears skills, and xbow were ridiculous cheap. I had 0 issue with bosses even before the life nerf.

And i took that decision when i saw that every youtuber was going huntress and spears builds, every league i try to go off meta first to avoid inflations. Either way using your brain and researching is free you should try sometime.
I don't understand what of you guys are talking about! The current state of POE 2 has never been better! Loot drops are now finally relevant to pick up. Like who else could have expected this amazing update. They actually make drops better in an ARPG game that progress rely on equipment!!!

Build diversity has also improve a lot! You have huntress, mages, rangers, monks and even warriors using spears and that particular few skills to clear all content. How is that an easy feat to accomplish. Have not seen this happen to the first league whereby all classes unite to use the same weapon and skills. Great job GGG team.

Loyal Fan boy an I am wishing for more builds that don't use LS lol. I am leveling a Smith right now and im am fighting the urge to just throw a Tangleotunge on him so I can speed the process up lol. Just feels so slow when compared to my deadeye.

FYI Im not as hardcore as some of the real fan boys and YouTubers, I just have ALOT of hope... and its waining each do I wake up and don't see a buff patch...
I guess GGG should hire a lot of community members to mitigate the damage for POE, because they really post this kind of statistic, players didn't know are developers reading feedback and suggestion or not, as a player in moment of silence like this hard to defend GGG because you don't know what are they worked for, what we should expect in next patches and etc.

They have millions of dollars, they are under Tencent, they developing two games simultaneously and POE 2 huge project. So, I couldn't understand why they are trying to develop the game in 100 people
