The reason why there are so few players in this league is because there are very few builds available for gameplay. It seems that most people are using spears. I'm not sure why is it so hard to understand the current issues
1) LS is in a good spot, everything else needs to be brought up to the same level
2) If you have an issue with builds being strong just add more content, why are T15/T16 maps max difficulty? Add more maps until like T35 where it scales way harder so you need extremely strong builds to even do any content, majority of people DO NOT care about boss content that much.
3) Fix defenses, just HP is horrible, needs to be able to stack as much as ES (10-15k), armor is completely useless as well, evasion is garbage without acrobatics but with it you need insane amount of evasion for it to be worth it, just drop the acrobatics node entirely, the whole point of evasion is that you will be a god until you get one shot
4) EU servers need help with the DDOS-ing issue, it's not OK that majority of the playerbase keeps losing progress due to this, it's been going on for a while and it's a critical issue at this point.

Any statistic on how many tickets have been resolved? Do you track an avarage wait time for the ticket to get a reply? From my observation it's around 1 month avarage to get a response and more than 6 months for the merch to be sent. I purchased the supporter pack in early December, 2024 and still waiting.

I think you should really break it down by league or something. There are 4 of them with very different metas.

everything feels terrible except lightning spear, and I'm playing a Smith. Those weapon buffs are useless, they should just be autoattack, I don't bother. I just go lightning spear and can clear maps with 70 unassigned passive skill points.

what the point of this post ?
