Nothing can save 0.2 update anymore

Oh get of your high horse. You payed for packs, you got their contents. Your transaction with GGG ended right then and there and they owe you nothing.
That's not how GGG's funding works. These packs are called "SUPPORTER packs" because they are used to support the development, and the content in them is GGG "thanking" the supporters for doing so.

It is more reasonable to think that supporter packs is in support of the league you just started playing not all future leagues.

Edit: i mean supporter pack is support of development of a specific league not everything GGG does.

Well, then tell that GGG because that's not how they advertise the packs and the usage of the money.

You can spin it however you want to fit your narrative but it specifically says what you get for your "support" and you get it. So unless you didn't get something that was stated in the description of the pack, you got what you payed for and it's up to GGG to spend that money how they want: raise wages, to develop something to please you, try creating something else etc.

You can spin it however you want to fit your narrative but it's not a kickstarter with promises of "we'll do this if we reach 200k". It specifically says what you get for your "support" and you get it. Sure. Technically you are right.

But good luck arguing with your long-term supporters over a technicality when you already took their money and trolled them with your bait and switch.

What do you mean with bait and switch?

You just gotta make a thread complaining about 0.2 and you will have a few people jumping on it shouting: "DOOOOOOOM", because at least that's what I hear when I read threads like this.

There are many other threads talking about this already. So I believe this is pointless.
And what's the point of spreading toxic positivity in so many threads?

Same as you.

Is that stated somewhere?

Bruh... I know you are desperate, but stop.

To your bait and switch question:

Here is a timeline, with video documentation, of what GGG told us would happen with PoE 4.0 (and, to anyone who finds this useful, please, don't hesitate to share it around).

At Exilecon 2019, GGG announced PoE 4.0 as an upcoming expansion:

https://youtu.be/gM5SFgYbTaY?si=GAVHkUS57-GGN7tg&t=3456

Chris talked about PoE's history and future, and revealed that PoE 4.0 started development in 2017 (two years before Exilecon 2019).

https://youtu.be/mcd9BfVw7hQ?si=cBYDRCLzk6-XWiEc&t=278

Chris talked about not making PoE 2 a separate game because it would "split the community." Promised that PoE would continue to be supported, alongside the new campaign.

Then, four years later, at Exilecon 2023, GGG announced that PoE 2 would be a separate game:

https://www.youtube.com/live/Vvah-HfhkYc?si=FnAZwI-4ofb2x2TZ&t=7507

...And thus fulfilled Chris premonition about splitting the community.

In an interview later, Jonathan revealed just how long GGG had known that PoE 2 was going to be a separate game:

https://www.youtube.com/live/XE3MAFGDzWw?feature=share&t=14753

4:05:53 Octavian: "At what point in the development of POE 2 did you realize the game was too different and needed to be different from POE 1?" Jonathan: "So to me it was right after the Act 2 reveal - soon after that."

The Path of Exile II Act 2 reveal was posted on 08.04.2021. GGG knew that PoE II was going to be a separate game for TWO YEARS, and neglected to tell the players. I'd say we have plenty of cause to be salty about what amounted to a bait and switch!
