113 pages of unfavourable comments should have enough impact, still here's my take.
Forcing "meaningful combat" through some niche mechanic that is barely usable is certainly NOT a way to go. Mobs jump on you from all sides, they are faster, stronger than you. This game is totally unplayable unless you kill mobs faster than they can attack you ("meaningful combat" my a$$). I wish you would just stop fu**ing up the game and gave us what we (players) want. #bringChrisWilsonback #sendJonathanaway |

Hey i see im not the only one here unhappy with path of exile 2...
Ill go with a list of the things that turned me off: - Boss refresh when you die (Dark souls like) - Most skills are un-usable early league (unefficient) - Most of tools are unexistant or a pain to get, exemple: ailments avoidance. The game is significantly more hard... The time to invest before getting an upgrade is too long, and once you get it, theres almost no difference... This patch came in and there was just nerfs after nerfs, imagine not just disabling spark and beblade build, instead you nerfed everything elses and all this idea comes from the "vision". I dont like the poe2 "vision", every fights dont have to be meaningful in my opinion, I just want to have a progression that feels good just as in poe1. You guys can throw rocks at me but i would prefer a poe1 skin upgrade at this point because now im scared poe1 goes away... Im not so sure i even want to try a future release of poe2. Im salty from this experience. I even took a week-off and end up with regrets. In hope poe 3.26 comes in all greatness |

Its plain too see that this patch was not play tested before release. Its good to see so many people speaking out for change.

The game right now is missing knowledge inside the game. There's many information that you need to discover by yourself and I think it's just a bunch of things not properly explained.
The mobs are overpowered in a way that you get killed by normal hits from GREY moobs. The rare ones are just like annoying mini bosses with many buffs that you can't fight. The mbos damage should be nerfed a lot, because this is unnaplayable. I'm at T7 maps and I get killed by normal hits every time... Already tried to improve my gear, but the drop rates for Uncut Support Gem is very low, not talking about the currencies as well, everything is so hard that it gets boring. |

It's not the size of the map. The problem is that on a big map, nothing drops. On a big POE2 map, the drop is smaller than on a small POE1 map. If there are good rewards on a big map, then the size of the map doesn't matter. But when you're running around a big map and there are no rewards, then what's the point?
