Every meta build is nerfed - spark, archmage, trampletoe, heralds, tempest bell, attribute stacking, freeze. You probably didn't notice that Grim Feast is completely gone from the game. I hope that all the people making their own builds and not buying currency from third party are not affected and will have fun. For others- hope you can overcome the lack of mainstream builds and will be able to find some interest in making new strategies wtih new items/gems/classes/ all other stuff added.
