Infinite loading / SOLVED

When i was able to load in to my hideout, i joined a party with one of my friends and teleported to them in their hideout. No issues loading in and joining them.
They then loaded up some throwaway T13 maps to test if i would get stuck on the loading screen again but was able to join in and play no problem. We continued to play through multiple T15 and T16 maps for over 5 hours and i never once experienced an issue when loading in to their maps or returning to their hideout. Only once my friend logged off to go play another game, I attempted to run my own maps again as i felt it would be safe, i was greeted with the infinite loading screen once again. Been dealing with this for 3 days now and it's extremely frustrating and not looking good less than one week before a major update. |

Same here, the only way to "fix it" its to uncheck Multithread in graphic option before changing zone, then check it back when you playu the zone, its pain but well its work. I hope staff will fix that soon, that never happened to me since i start playing couple month ago. But now its happen all the time since 2 days

happened to me for multiple days straight. Before happens when entering maps or switching zones. now worse, often cant log in!!!!

When I do a search for "Loading screen" in Bug Reports for the last week, there are 14 pages of results...
Hopefully now that GGG is back in the office, they will do something about it... Let's work together to make this world a better place :)

I've started having the same infinite loading issues since the most recent patch, but never encountered this previously. The fix that seemed to work for players in December, running in Windows 8 compatibility mode, has not resolved this.
When I try to reenter the game (after force quitting), my character attempts to load in the new area rather than the zone I was leaving, so I assume the problem occurs during the later parts of loading the new area. I succeed at loading new zones about 1 of 5 times. |

I tried to toggle Engine Multithread off/on when entering loading screens, but it does not aactually work, as I have tried it every time to no avail.

" The multithreading is not at fault here. People who share this as a fix just don't understand the underlying issue. It is not a "you" issue. It's a backend issue that GGG will have to address or ask one for their CDN (Content Delivery Network) provider to address. It is a network issue. |
