Infinite loading / SOLVED

Texas seems to be ok for me, but canada, washington cause this issue still. Not a single issue yet with Texas luckily.

recurring issue on Xbox since the latest update (based in Canada), as other mentioned, this makes the game unplayable and is just making us loose waystones and nice maps :(

Good news, someone from GGG updated the high priority bug list in the Xbox sub forum with "Abnormally long or "infinite" loading screens.".

Sounds like GGG acknowledged the bug yesterday.

I may have resolved this for myself.

I updated my video card drivers (to NVIDIA Mar 18 update) and logged on to a different POE server for five minutes (California, since neither Texas nor Washington let me login). I'm now playing fine on my original server (Canada East).

I can't be sure if either of those steps contributed or which did, since I didn't play in between. I may just be getting a random half-hour of successful loads that won't continue, or GGG may have addressed something on the backend, but I've gone from freezing in 90% of loads to no freezes since taking those two steps.

Might be worth trying if you haven't taken either of those steps.

Yeah, playing on Xbox located in Ontario and this bug makes the game unplayable. Extremely frustrating.

After upgrading my machine recently the game is simply unplayable.

Have messed around with every suggested setting.

Another day passed, another day of infinite load screens to the point its not even worth playing anymore, as the game is literally taking my waystones from me. I either waste portals trying to get into a map, OR it just closes all the portals..... ridiculous that there isn't any sort of announcement yet...

Ya honestly its just depressing im losing my motivation/excitement to even play the game anymore why even bother to try at this point and the fact this has been ongoing and legit no response from ggg or even acknowledgement of the issue. makes my confidence in april 4th dawn of the hunt release actually being functional almost non existent currently in the forever loading screen coming back from a map cant get to my hideout

It happen since last update.

I can't even load my character without encountering 3 times of infinite loading and game restarting.


I tried most of suggestions on the internet...none of them are working

disable cpu 0123, setting cpu affinity, stopping GPU multithread, switch directX to Vulkan. Redownload the hold game. etc

The last 2 things I havn't try yet are update window 11 and buy a new PC...


Please help.
