I think Surfcaster and its illegal fisherman node will make it the smoothest up to level 80. I think we will see a lot of Surfcasters, but I also think a lot of them will change to the blind man come endgame.

Oshabi is also great for smooth levelling.

Well Manaforged manastacking Whisperer is going to be #1 in terms of DPS at endgame (almost assuredly), and doesn't seem too bad as a league start either, so i'll probably go that. Not sure which skill to use yet, but I imagine that ele hit of the spectrum with return proj works quite nicely when you have free awakened fork.

Yea that's kind of the thing of it, while it's op it's also a very good starter.

+4/+4 and power siphon (locust mines or totems or whatever even) and you're good.

Other thing that comes to mind is leadership's price on Scavenger. With skitterbots that's a real easy 5 ailments, and go with tamings. And cloak of flame stacks? That's just another silly op thing.

I finally decided on chaos spellslinger. I might take an extra trip through the campaign to try out Abberath's Hooves leveling when I get bored. I'm not going to be sweaty enough to compete with people for mana/attribute stacking gear and I don't really care to min/max. Now the fingers are crossed that shrines will be OP.

Played a Poison VSS in Necro Settlers. SSFHC spent most points on defenses, build didnt need much investment in offense. Spammable (Shepherd of Souls enchant) VSS is simple & powerful on very low investment.
