The +1 totem node on that asc is bait the totem takes damage part will mean your totems always die. There really isn't a great asc for totems though so I can see why your looking at it.

.... and I changed my mind :) I decided earlier this morning to play around with Marauder and Antiquarian. I've played Zombies before. This new build idea I haven't played with before and I think it's reasonably SSF doable.

The new update to small Ascendancy nodes is just the icing on the cake for me :)

I'm probably going to play Flickerstrike Wildspeaker.
The dex/minion scaling should help make it pretty good as a league starter build.

2nd might be a manaforged arrow whisperer. But not sure yet.

Antiquarian is straight up even more giga broken now. Extra 40% global defenses from small passives to make it 140% total...lol. I'm surprised there aren't 20 streamer builds on this already. They should've added the Faithguard downside to the node. Ancestral Commander looking juicy to league start til Antiquarian comes online.

Daughter of Oshabi would 100% be my start if shrine stacking looks OP. Extra 40% shrine effect is icing on the cake. Need to know if staff rune mod stacks with ascendancy, if there's a unique relic for double shrines, and if there's significant shrine duration available on relics.

5 div Gull on league start. 50 div Nightgrip.

i have a staff with get a shrine buff every x sec and you dont get any duration from the atlas passives. only gear shrine duration.
let met tell you i was disapointed

Oof, that is such a hard question man, i`ve created builds every day since the announcement for each of the classes and i am not even half way done. And with each new build i keep thinking: NOW THAT... is going to be my first build!

So yeah, i guess i`ll go with my 2 most recent ones.

Ancestral Commander with Wild Strikes of Extremes + General`s Cry with Autoexertion and even MORE Wild Strikes.
