A Message to Path of Exile 1 Players
Yeah I fully support you guys in this. Try not to let the backlash get to you too badly, you're human and you're allowed to make mistakes. I expect you're anticipating a drop in player count for a little while, but it'll bounce back - everyone comes back to POE because there's nothing else like it.

Chris Wilson speaks at Exilecon stating "for years we wanted to make a sequel to Path of Exile, the problem with that is sequels split a community between 2 products. It's also hard for a sequel to compete with the amount of content and features that the original game has. We've just spent 6 years making expansions to Path of Exile, so imagine if we released a Path of Exile 2 and it was just a bare campaign with none of that extra content. This would be a sad shell of an action RPG" |

Thanks for the update but just sad to finally heard it....
Love POE1, done testing POE2 don't hate it & wish you all the best~ Will stop all kinds of support for you guys until a confirmed announcement of POE 3.26 new league, i will be back for that only. |

They should do some sort of bonus/special event to tide us over as an apology.
I would freaking love to see LEGACY league brought back for awhile. I think that was the most fun I ever had. |

" This guy seems to be one of the few that comprehend what's going on. My only surprise is that it took a couple of years after the purchase for this transition to fully take effect. Honestly for a minute I though tencent might actually just stay away from it altogether, but alas in the past few months we've finally see it take shape. |

Please, just recycle your top-hits leagues. Anything is fine. ECON RESET is something we all want.

Truly saddened to hear this news.
Please get the team back on PoE1 asap. |

This is a bit like a family issue.
New baby is born. It needs extra attention. Maybe the baby is sick and needs a little extra care. The older sibling needs to have patience. You'll still get what you need, just a few less perks until the baby gets better. |
