[SOLUTION] FIX FOUND FOR THE DEGRADING FPS & STUTTER OVER TIME!
" Hear hear! -Selas --- By keeping the chat closed, removing voice line verbose on local (and keeping that disabled too) - I haven't had any issues with the FPS degradation anymore. Whispers eventually lead to same issue; so I still do start maps with /clear though.
