This thread still alive? Must be nice to live in a time where laws and agreements aren't selectively enforced. What year is it there? 2077?
Agreements will always be selectively enforced... that is why they are called agreements.. not laws. Agreements , specially written as the TOE... with words as "reserve the right to" will always mean.. some part may willingly not enforce it.

If people openly admitting to it, tweeting it to millions, being live on TV while their character is mapping have no repercussions I doubt I will ever buy a supporter pack again.
My drive to play the game has been lessening since GGG was radio silence about the topic but i understood they were weighing all the free publicity as a really though tradeoff, but after yesterday i feel like I'm gonna take a break.
After such a display of abuse is public the only outcome will be that any new players coming from this will thing that the leaderboards are a joke and that RMT is the way to go about, and you know what? they will be right because apparently you can shout it to the world and nothing will happen if your bank account is big enough.
You can't stop RMT as long as trading exists. And trading is a huge QOL making the game less boring (unless u like SSF then that's your own taste). GGG would need to thoroughly investigate each trade and ask why the trade is occuring which is a waste of time and resources.

You can deal with a LOT of RMT with an auction house (buyout only) and having trading restrictions.
