Well I think this is a smoking gun of sorts at least as far as timing is concerned. Started crashing repeatedly after this hotfix went live. Lost 2x Simulacrums in a row due to crashes, as well as a t15 juiced map. Logged off until we can get any updates around fixes for this. I know it's just a couple of divine worth of items I lost out due to the bug, but it's still really frustrating.

Seems people are crashing while in maps, getting booted to the log-in screen, and being rolled back with any loot being gone from inventory
