" Stop trying to gaslight people about the issue. Hard freeze crash is not a "computer setup" issue, it's a game issue. It's not even directly caused by Windows (despite whatever GGG tries to hint at in their very veiled messages) as many people have tested it (myself included). You are the one that deserve to be ignored as you attempt to downplay other people's grievances, and for what? A chance to bootlick GGG? We're all trying to make the game better, and if leaving negative reviews escalates the issue to the forefront then so be it. I am not at all against it. At the end of the day it's not GGG's reputation we're protecting as consumers, it's the quality of our product. You lick a company's boots at your own peril. " For anyone that is wondering if this is a hardware based technical issue on customer's end: It is not. You can check the Early Access Bug Forums to see 8000 posts about this issue from all sorts of hardware and software. That's why, once again I ask anyone who encounters this problem to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam in a detailed and informative manner so that others will be made aware of the issue. I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1.
What to do: 1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad. 2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review. 3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there. |
