I only have one question...
Did the person who was socially engineered violate company security protocols, or not? Because if your company had security protocols and this person just didn't follow them, that is an employee issue. If your company had no such security protocols or rules in place, thats a far worse problem and speaks to glaring incompetence, at the very least, and likely opens you up for lawsuits at worst. People, it's hopeless. They don't care about the issue and just stay silent until no one talks about it anymore. My ticket is 42 days old, and still no response. I wouldn't waste any more energy or nerves on GGG if they don't care about us. I find their behavior in this situation absolutely disgusting.
We are all supporters of their game and have backed them by purchasing Early Access. And yet, they don't even consider it worth responding to players who have their first issue. The few people who did receive a response only got something that looks like a copy-paste reply, without actually addressing what was written. |
