TRADE DISASTER!!!!

As always, the real problem is "dealing with human beings". There's a reason why some of us have been asking for an auction house like system.

This bartering like system is great in theory, but horrible in practice. And all because of people. Even in real life, in some markets around the world people still practice this stupid "let's haggle" mentality. Same in POE 1 and 2; people draw you in with an attractive price and then try to get more out of you by bullshitting. Add the annoyance of being separated by a virtual world, where you have no idea what the other person is doing (they could literally be dying in that moment, but you not knowing makes you believe they are ignoring you), and you get this abomination.

GGG is just being stubborn on holding on to this system. As far as negatives go, RMT will always be a thing (it's the nature of the internet), so there's no reason not to simplify it for everyone's convenience.

+1 on the Auction House

Maybe they should add an AH so that trade league gets completely unplayable so people switch to playing SSF more.

Yesterday I tried for half an hour to buy an item. Every single seller seemed to only have the item listed to gauge how much they can charge for it. I did not get on single trade invite.

Make a real instant buy, buff SSF or I'm out. Waste of time.

I can't even afford a piece to get me through the next ACT ... asking for so much on gear that isn't even end game worthy. So trade is useless unless you have a lot of currency and the game is useless because nothing good drops and you still have no currency to craft anything.

Trade site is annoying indeed. I'd only use it if I absolutely would need to for must-have gear. I hope they'll add an ingame auction house and make it usable (no absurd economy) because the current state feels like it's a decades old way of doing things.

It's because 90% of the items on trade are bots selling them. This game is bad already and it's going to be commical how bad it's going to get.
