Poe2 Endgame bugged / Citadels do not spawn/appear in the endgame map at all

LvL 91, Bosses 8/10 and not a single citadel.

I have finish mi first Citadel but nothing hapends, still with "speak to Doryani" but he didnt have any quest for me... nothing

Found one but failed now you gonna find it again. I really thought you can try it again at the same spot. What are the chance of finding the same one again anyways

same for me, lvl 91, hundreds of maps done, dozens of towers in all directions, haven't even seen a citadel of any kind yet

Looking for citadels all over the map has become a burden rather then fun.
Putting game on hold till an official response.

Same, I thought I was just unlucky, lvl 90m 200+ maps, almost 50 towers, nothing

found a citadel yestarday but wanted to lvl up a bit and get 4th ascendancy before going in, well, today was going to engage with the citadel and my surprise was that is not there anymore, it just dissapeared but i did not even went inside and failed, damn it was the only one i found hahaha

I reached lvl 92 with high-end gears, cleared trial bosses at 80 difficulty without challange but still cannot find those quest areas in my atlas. I don't want to buy tablets to go to end game bosses but I achive first my own goal through campaign/quests. Otherwise I feel I cheated so I don't want to request any help from other players and I will not to do so. I must to do it myself but this randomize Atlas thingy is nah, it's not working.

This is.. sorry GGG but it's terrible idea and unfair in your poe 2 game design in many way. There is too much flaws.
