Poe2 Endgame bugged / Citadels do not spawn/appear in the endgame map at all

8.6 days /played (some afk time obv) and not a single citadel spawn. For the last few days, I've been rushing in one direction, straight, from tower to tower, searching. Not one. Also, there are many I've spoken to who have this same issue. This should be a priority fix.

Please, GGG.. Let me have my endgame boss fights..

I also have the quest "Legacy of the Vaal" still active with the task to "Speak to Doryani" and have no way of completing the task. I've talked to Doryani in every place he appears.

i have no quest left and i cannot do maps because the "end game" isnt complete... and no access to the endgame area... help?

This is a symptom of the atlas being almost entirely RNG and not allowing people to reset if they get a TERRIBLE seed.
