I have same problem. Yesterday i menage to reach 35 lvl and today my access is gone.
i send email to support but it seems people are waiting for replays for w week or longer. This is really sad. |

Same issue, made it to Act 3 and booted up the game, somehow i've lost access to early access over christmas. Disappointing stuff.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you. If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |
Hi guys, I lost access to the game, I sent an email on the same day on 12/24/2024, I received a reply on 12/25/2024 if it helps this is the content of the reply.
First email: Hi there, Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name, the names of a few of your characters and the Steam or Xsolla transaction ID for the pack you purchased that contains your access? Please note that if you purchased a key from a 3rd party, we are not able to offer support for this and you will need to discuss this with the person who you purchased the key from. We would always suggest making any Path of Exile purchases directly with us as this allows us to help with any potential issues you may have. Kind regards After this email, I provided the requested data, and this is the response I received, about 20/30 minutes later Second email: Hi again. I am unable to see the purchase of an early access pack on your account. If you did this through a 3rd party, you would need to talk to the person you got the key from I am afraid. If you need anything else, please let us know. I would like to know if your keys were purchased from a third party retailer, or from their official website or on steam. Awesome, so my 180 hours into my character are gone. At this point imma just try and get a key by buying again tbh. Will report back if this gets your characters reinstated |
