I lost access to my POE2 early access

"
so if we bought the key 3td party we are just boned?

Awesome, so my 180 hours into my character are gone. At this point imma just try and get a key by buying again tbh. Will report back if this gets your characters reinstated

Its should be obvious, especially if chargeback requires any fees from GGG when scam marketplaces chargeback their money.
Just did, bought my own key and supporter pack ( 20 down the drain for the other one )

My characters are still there, make of that what you will exiles.

GL to everyone.
This looks like very bad managment, wherever you bought your key shouldn't matter one bit, keys cannot be charged back or returned after many hours of gameplay, just a lame excuse, anyone's account that has played more then 2 hours should be re-instated access or given a new key. Is it that hard to see who lost access?

Because the alternative is that you refund the money from marketplace and now you askin a free key. It is impossible to prove this, it is impossible to prove the opposite. There is no reason to believe that you are not a scammer who has withdrawn payment to get a free key. But it is possible to refuse if you did not purchase the key directly. Why do you think it's wrong when you didn't buy the key from GGG directly?
Dude, who the hell are you accusing me of being a scammer with your crap logic even, u can't "withdraw" payment after playing for 40 hours, ur talking about things where you know nothing about.

You are, or not, you can't prove otherwise and that's why GGG shouldn't give you free key - they have nothing to do with where exactly you bought the key. Do you understand that? Why you ask GGG but not ur marketplace? If your new wood desk from Ikea broke because of flimsy wood, will you complain to the store where you bought the table or to the sawmill that provide wood to Ikea?
I got the same mail about they couldnt help..

I dont get it. We have bought keys, they accepted the keys. The relationship with the third party is fullfilled. Then after a long period, Grinding games chooses to delete your access, with no argument. And when you then complain they say that because you didnt buy the keys from us, we wont help you?

Isnt it only if I bought the key, and it didnt work, i should talk with my 3rd party where i bought it?

This is something they deleted after they accepted the key?
I cant understand how this is legal, and maybe we should present the problem to Linus tech tips or some of the other, or see if there is an actual law case in it? because this could be a VERY bad precedence for other companies... think about, ohh you bought FC 25 from steam or a bundle on GOG. then sorry we choose to delete your license and not respect the purchase.

I can see if there is a case, where they had stolen some keys, and i was unlucky enough to buy from that place.. but then Grinding games should prove that the keys were stolen, and THEN i had a case for whom I bought it from.

If the person who bought the key has chargeback or used a stolen card, it can't be legal. If you are the owner of the key, and you used the key whose payment was refund - well, then think for yourself what the reaction will be from GGG. What you expect here? Free key *grab 'n run*?

I had about 14 hours in this game. How tf am I supposed to have refunded it? They accepted my Key, so did Steam, so how is it now gone? I am genuinly asking because I dont understand who is supposed to be able to scam at this time besides GGG (which they are known for)

If you bought the key directly from GGG or Steam - there is no problem, and you will get your money back. But apparently, all (except literally one) of the mentions of where the key was bought are out from poe2 website or steam and keys comes from marketplaces. And as i understand it, refund takes some fees from ggg, as result they lose money. Obviously casual player that just bought the key for playing unlikely will scam, but your website or its providers are may do this. But in that case, it is your and your website's deals. Otherwise you are asking money (or free key - whatever) for free from ggg that doesn't make any sense. Is there really a reason why they wouldn't refuse you and why they should give a new key for free when you haven't paid them any dollar?
