I had the same thing happen as well I it says I don't have access to the game anymore after I put in hours into the game. Sent an email right now to see if they'll get back to me about it.

Same thing happen to me and my friend. In his case, reopening the game fix that. For me nothing helped...

awesome haven't played in like a week just to come back and have this happen to me as well. I emailed support but from the looks of it looks no one is getting answers right when i have some free time over the holidays to enjoy some gaming. Kind of ridiculous people been talking about this for 5 days and no one seems to have an answer??
