I lost access to my POE2 early access

Well it's a scam but not from GGG but the ones refunding the key.

A friend got me the key and after it was deactivated and I bought it myself on the official POE site.

It sucks to lose access but it also sucks for GGG to just lose money because the scammers refund the key.

I was hoping for an earlier answer from support too but tbh, every information you need is in this thread too. Not much more support they can give you.

My key got refunded by HRK, will buy the original one now from steam

My key got revoked aswell from Instant Gaming,i sent them en email claiming to get my money back,and now i will buy a pack directly from POE2,i hope you guys do the same.This is kind of crap but whatever.

i have the problem 3 days ago now im down with this game give me my access pls 22 h playing for nothing i write 3 email for us and i dont have response.... if u can't give my money back

Same here guys, i think might be a problem for early access.
Writed already the assistance.
I'm quite pi**ed off to be not able to play in vacations.
But i was having fun, a lot.
Just remember that it is a ealy access and could happen in a beta game.
GGG are still working and i'm confident that they'll able to fix this inconvenient.

What I am baffled is that GGG provided the game key, and revoked it. This is not an external generated key. I thought i got no 300 coins, that's why it's cheaper (5 bucks) They even provide the link and instructions to activate on steam or epic. I still got no reply on my support question when mailed with account information for a week now.

They just refunded me.
After 26 hours.
Never touching this game again, and they still never answered.

GGG will become the new blizzard, with hookers and blackjack.
