To those complaining read below:
This is an early access which means (incomplete game) released before the holidays for everyone to have something to enjoy. This was made PERFECTLY clear MONTHS before release. You signed up for it by buying it and downloading it. NOBODY made you do that. Also its $30 and gives you a solid 50-500 hours of content which is more than you'll get with just about any game which is incredible considering maybe 20% of the game is out.
This game WILL be updated and patched very often so you need to take a chill pill and relax. Go get laid, spend time with your family, breathe some air, touch some grass... please sit down and STFU. People like you spoil communities and give these generational games a bad name.
Overall GGG you've done your job and you have done it well. I hope your vacation went well and looking forward to the future of this game.
The hypocrisy of people bashing those for 'complaining' during early access is going to start getting old.
You say we don't understand what ea is for, but clearly it is you. The whole point of early access IS TO GET FEEDBACK. That's what it's there for. I'm sorry it's just 'complaining' to you, but giving feedback is exactly what we're doing.
Also, the GGGG management, Johnathon in particular, set them up for this. They were the ones that touted how much content they have and how they had to delay release to finish the endgame.
Well, either your team did a terrible job, or you lied about how much content you had. I do NOT think that the on-the-ground programmers writing code at GGG are bad at their job, so I'm more inclined to believe that management lied in order to drum up hype so they could get more supporter pack sales.
Also, most of that 50-500 hour content is the same one-note repetitive, boring grind. That is not content. It is a small amount of content on an endless loop. Yes, I understand how grind works, but there are a lot of numbers between the 1 hour casual and the 1000 hour grinder, and there are also ways to balance that grind that makes it feel like it has a purpose and is going towards something. GGG leads make balance decisions that completely sucks that sense of purpose out of endgame for a lot of people.
it's literal levels of astroturfing. It doesn't make sense for all these players to feel the need to tell people they're wrong for giving feedback. this is the most cancerous type of players I think I've ever seen in a community.
They haven't said anything in almost a month when their goal was to release at 6 at the earliest.
at some point these players will be the reason the game fails

Complaining and feedback are two different words with two different meanings. Feedback is great and needed for the devs. I have no feedback because its been covered by many streamers and the community. I was directing my statement to those who complain about useless crap like this boowa86#1517 wining about no one being available during the holidays and sayings its all for a quick buck... literally falls exactly in the category I was talking about when I say complainers. It blows my mind people cant understand what an early access game is like this is your first? seriously? and it being of your own free will to purchase it... $30 and bitching give me a break.

100% agree, its crazy how devs who have a game in Early Access seem to have taken off 3 weeks at this point, no communication, no "hey guys this is what were doing, this is what we know needs fixing, don't worry were on it". Just a handful of small bugs that get patched and that's it. What happened to that energy we had in the first week or two of release? Unbelievable. But that MTX shop works, you can bet your butt on that one.

I can't understand how easy its for you if someone spit in your face and you say its raining.
I would be ok even with a single note from GGG that they are aware of bugs, hax, crashes, dopes etc.

Even though I agree that the time without any message is long seeing this is a period of testing, people seem to also forget that in NZ it's actually summer. So people having a longer time off is to be expected.
The amount of time that went into actually releasing was probably absurd in working hours, so I get the extended time off.

It will be end of 2025 - and i bet the balance will still be broken.
And monk is only great because it one shots everything while having some ES defensives with CI. Their focus will be to make all melees inferior to ranged.
