It makes them recover the same amount of life per second but over a longer time. (So they will recover more life in total)
It's pretty useful for Enduring Elixirs because right now you have to get damaged first to be able to use a flask.

Hey man, been enjoying your build and loving it so far but I had a question: How exactly do you get "Allocates Heavy Ammunition" on your Amulet? Is it only from drops, or can you apply it?

I'm practically dealing no damage. Killing a boss takes millions of years.
Level 41 and I bought the highest phy dmg bow from market, and the main hand poison dps only sits at 140-200 per second. Wondering where went horribly wrong.

I am getting a Red X on "Culling strike" to be used with the passive skill "Wind Dancer." I dont know if this was a recent change, but it doesn't seem to work?

You get 1 Distilled Guilt and 2 Distilled Greed, either from drops in delirium content or from the currency exchange, right click one of those Distills and it opens a window where you can place those 3 and your amulet to enchant (anoint) your amulet with Heavy Ammunition.

if you hold ALT over notable passives in the passive tree you can see what distilled emotions it costs to anoint that passive.

I have a Headhunter; as I understand, it doesn't make sense for us to use it, right?
