Does totems in any way scale with rage and do totems count as being allies?

" I don't understand this, can someone explain it like I'm 5? |

" "Overabundance" is a support gem that give a skill with a limit (Totem are limited to 1) +1 to their limit but it cut their duration by 50%. So you can summon 2 totems for half their duration if you do it on your totem support skill setup. BUT you can slot 2 skill gems of the same totems skill and one will have overabundance. It just means that you can summon two totems without the downside of the first one having 50% reduced duration. It also means that your second totem won't have the most optimal support skill as to why he said it was mostly for utility. |
|
" I feel like I kinda understood what you're saying but my disconnect is how having a second skill gem that is shockwave totem and then paired with overabundance gives the first shockwave totem skill setup the effects of the overabundance not slotted within it. EX sunder shockwave totem 1 + brutality shockwave totem 2 + overabundance -------- Right now I use overabundance in my main and only shockwave totem setup. Why would I put in on my second one? Thanks! |
|
" Overabondance come with a downside and take a support skill slot. By using a second Shockwave Totem setup your main setup is unaffected while you can still have some utility with your second Totem setup. |

the area of effect for attack nodes on the tree won't work to add area of effect, correct?
