What are you talking about. People have had their characters deleted. What's the point of playing at all? I did not copy this build from anyone, I came up with it myself, I come in the afternoon and can not kill even a couple of monsters, what are you talking about. Even the wikipedia article says (in the very first paragraph):
"Early access, also known as alpha access, alpha founding, paid alpha, or game preview, is a funding model in the video game industry by which consumers can purchase and play a game in the various pre-release development cycles, such as pre-alpha, alpha, and/or beta, while the developer is able to use those funds to continue further development on the game. Those that pay to participate typically help to debug the game, provide feedback and suggestions, may have access to special materials in the game."

What exactly are you not understanding here? People paid to participate in a testing phase to get an early taste for the game and be able to send feedback and so on. It's expected to have radical changes during the earlier stages, else there wouldn't be much happening at all. Call it whatever you want, I think it's somewhere between alpha and beta while a whole bunch of you here think it's a pre-release ticket to play the game in it's final form... What are you going to say when you find out that all of your hours spent in early access won't even migrate to PoE2's standard league?
