Q1: Why are you ruining builds as soon as something's found viable? I thought the point was to experiment with combos to find the broken ones. As a first time player, the experience has been rough until I discovered certain builds. Now Cast on X and frenzy charge builds are both useless.
Q2: Why are you being so unforgiving to players when implementing such major changes? Respeccing should be free or at least cost greatly reduced since a build can be viable one day and trash the next.

I really enjoyed the game for the first couple of days but as a new player, these aspects are extremely anti-fun and ruining the experience. Seriously considering to stop playing this game and ask for refund.

While I think I can just invest into cast speed and use my spirit to improve blasphemy/temp chains and opt out of meta skill "still gonna use it for bosses which is great really", I am kinda skeptical wether this will work or not and it requires real investment since refunding points is truly costly, so it could turn to be all for nothing which will be another disappointment cause frankly I am looking across my cold spells and the only one decent enough to clear is comet with huge cast length that it'd literally kill you casting it.

So yea in short I am trying to stay positive but it's truly hell to farm refunds and risk it again, the way you're handling the issue really going to force people to follow popular builds rather than diversify and be creative.

And then you pull this, thanks a lot for that. Not only do you make yourself's look like a bunch of amateurs. You now made me look like one as well for recommending you.

I'll be forced to keep playing when they all want too. But I will no longer spend any money on your product going forward. If it was not for me recommending and getting them all to spend money. I would uninstall over this change. This has to be one of the biggest knee jerk, and completely non thought out balance changes I have seen in 30 years of online gaming. So congratulations on that I guess
