PoE 2 chat muted? I've only ever two messages I think

Can someone look into why I've been muted, please? It feels like it must have happened in error as I've not really engaged in chat at all. Just a couple messages the other day about currency drop rates.

I'm on PS5 playing the PoE 2 beta.

Can someone please help me. It says I can't use action while muted ? I haven't talked to anyone or anything. I don't do nothing wrong.. I don't understand it. I'm on ps5 playing poe 2 beta. I click on other players and it days everyone is offline too. Wth

Same problem here. I don't use global and don't type in chat. Logged in yesterday to a mute. No idea wth is going on. I play on both PC and PS5 but it happened while I was playing on PS5

Happened to me just now. My game crashed and i got muted. How to get unmuted. Did anyone found the solution?

ME TOO like a few days ago. I wasnt gonna complain cause didnt bother me. However I cant join pub games. Can I get un muted too?

100% email them, everyone should.

Mutes are cumulative until permanent.
