Support Email Response Delays
At this rate I'm calling up my bank and requesting a refund, this is borderline fraud. GGG Has my money, which theyve been holding while I've had no access to the game since I purchased the early access. I MIGHT check out the game when its completely free to play, but until then I'm getting my money back because it makes no difference, my account is locked regardless and I couldn't even log in since I purchased the EA, I'm not a charity organization to give out money for free.

There you go, finally they respond to my request:
I'm afraid we're not able to grant your request in this case, as we're only able to consider a refund or exchange when requested within 48 hours of the purchase being made, and the contents of the pack remain completely untouched (including points and access to Path of Exile 2's Early Access). I was within the 48 hours they claim and I have not touched the account since I do net have a platform to play on. The only thing I’ve done was to link my PS5 account to the path of exile acc on their website. So more excuses from them. That’s so sad dudes. I've been waiting over a month and i can't even access the game that I PAID for. So either hire me so I can fix it myself or like a refund at this point because this is ridiculous. Imagine spending hundreds on a product then just be ignored. Not cool.

"I am also in a very similar situation where my upgrade package was automatically refunded due to my own mistake, and this caused my account to be locked. I have sent them an email hoping to repurchase this package to unlock my account, but I really don't know if they will accept this request or not. I have been looking for someone who has experienced the same situation to know what will happen next. |

How is it possible that it has been delayed even more? I went from 1 reply a week to 1 reply a month and my problem is still not solved that I send on December the 7th.
You acknowledge the delay but you don't do anything about it. It got even worse. I completely lost my trust in Grinding Gear Games. This is absolutely outrageous. |

I'm currently at 45 days waiting for them to unlink my steam account so I can link it to the correct account and I was originally planning on then buying EA for PoE2, but with support this horrible I'm not sure I should give them any money at all.

Many days later and still no response. On dec 17 2024 Someone named Ramon started answering my emails and even told me they might be able to help me, but they stopped replying afterwards. I just want my coins that I paid for them !
