POE2 - Cannot do Trial of Chaos, did not receive Inscribed Ultimatum from Chimaera boss

Same problem, I'm trying to farm elites and bosses in act 3 for key for the trial...

SAME FOR ME, I dont even know if I have my inventory FULL but for some reason , the quest keeps saying to Place the Inscribed Ultimatum but I looked up all my inventory and all my chest but dont have the quest items.

Happened to me too have reached end of act 3 cruel with 2 ascendency points and 10x more deaths because of this bug. Please fix it or make it a item that can be bought with 0 gold from the temple of chaos once. Its such a small fix. Please fix game breaking bugs GGG.

this bug still occurs i've lost inscribed on act 3 cruel and i tried to farm it an no mobs drop it from that area, and none has dropped pls get us a way to get it because i still have the quest and im not able to complete it, pls fix it because me and others can't ascend due to this bug

Also got this bug. I'm sure the devs are extremely busy, but it's a little concerning that they haven't yet addressed they are aware of the problem.

I have the same problem. I did the quest in co-op with a friend. He got the item. The inventory wasn't full.
